Product Manager – E-Athlia App

Job Description
· Take overall responsibility for E-athlia app
· Co-ordination with App developers & internal teams
· Decide on the content and features available on the app after consultation with customers & internal stakeholders
· Responsible for app growth (Installation Numbers)

Job Description: We are looking for a young, pro-active and hands-on professional to join our sales and business development team. You will work closely with leadership to conceptualize amateur /participative sports programs, pitch to marketing managers from India’s top brands and oversee implementation.
· Develop a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
· Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and devise market strategies that can be used to attract clients
· Identify sales opportunities by researching on prospective clients and their marketing strategies and by contacting potential partners
· Prepare a clear and high-impact proposal that clearly outlines the concept, implementation plan and take-aways for the brand
· Collaborate with the operations team to setup processes that ensure smooth program execution, adherence to all agreed deliverables and highest client satisfaction
· Maintain relationships with your clients and build pipeline for upcoming business year
· Contribute learnings to set targets for the financial year by working in conjunction with the sales team of E-athlia App
Skills and Qualifications:
· Strong education background with degree from a premier institute and consistent high-grade performance
· MBA or MS in Sports Management preferred
· 3-5 years proven track record in business sales, consulting, marketing or related market
· Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
